JioReliance Jio will offer a two-day complimentary unlimited plan to the users who faced network issues earlier in the day.

The complimentary plan will be applied to the user’s number automatically tonight and will become active post the expiry of their current active plan.

In a message to its customers, Jio said, “Your service experience is our top priority. Unfortunately, this morning, you and a few other customers in Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh faced service disruption. Although our teams were able to resolve this network issue in a matter of hours, we understand that it wasn’t a pleasant service experience for you, and we truly apologize for that.”
